It is mainly comprised of headstocks, tank body, bogie, brake equipments, coupler and draft gear, etc. The car is of all steel welded structure without center sill, and the body is of V-shaped structure; the car adopts 1067mm gauge low track force bogie, ratchet wheel and pawl type hand brake, 13 type top operation coupler and ST type draft gear. The oil tank car for Namibia adopts vacuum brake system, and tank car for Angola adopts air brake system with 120 type control valve.
